What types of treatments can I explore through your service?
We can assist with information and referrals across a broad range of cosmetic and restorative dental treatments, including porcelain veneers, smile makeovers, clear aligners, teeth whitening, dental implants, and All-on-X full arch restorations. Your treating dentist will advise which treatments are clinically appropriate for your situation.
Do I need a referral to get started?
No referral is needed to contact us. Simply reach out by phone or email, and we will guide you through the next steps. Any formal clinical assessment or referral will be arranged by the dental professional you are connected with.
Are your services available across all of Australia?
We have dental professionals in our network across metropolitan and regional areas in all states and territories. Coverage may vary depending on the specific treatment you are seeking. Contact us to find out what is available in your area.
Can I use superannuation to help fund my treatment?
In certain circumstances, Australians may be eligible to access their superannuation early to fund dental treatment. Eligibility depends on specific criteria set by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and the rules of your particular superannuation fund. We can provide general information about this, but we strongly recommend obtaining independent financial advice before making any decisions about accessing your superannuation.
What happens if I am not a suitable candidate for the treatment I want?
Not everyone is a suitable candidate for every cosmetic dental treatment — factors such as oral health, bone density, and individual anatomy can affect options. If your treating dentist determines that a particular treatment is not appropriate for your situation, they will explain why and may suggest alternative approaches that better suit your needs.
